150 g secera u prahu

60 g brasna

50 g mljevenih oraha

1 vanilija secer

fil

400 ml mlijeka

1 puding od vanilije

200 g maslaca

150 g secera u prahu

2-3 banane

3-4 kas. cokoladnih mrvica

ukras

2 slag kreme

2 kas. eurokrema

3 kas. mljevenih oraha

PRIPREMA

Pjenasto umutite zumanca sa 75 g secera u prahu.

Dodajte 2 kas. vrele vode i mutite dok se masa zgusne i postane blijedja.

Bjelanca umutite u cvrst snijeg, dodajte preostali secer i vanilija secer.

U umucena zumanca dodajte lagano brasno sa mljevenim orasima.

Postepeno dodavajte snijeg od bjelanaca i pazljivo promijesajte tijesto.

Pecite na pleh sa pekpapirom na 180 °C, 20 min.

Ispecenu koru odmah izrucite na krpu , posutu secerom i zarolajte u rolat.

Za fil skuhajte puding u 400 ml mlijeka i pustite da se ohladi na sobnu temp.

Da vam se nebi stvorila kora na pudingu prespite ga malo sa secerom.

Omeksali maslac umutite sa secerom u prahu , postepeno sjedinite sa pudingom.

U fil dodajte cokoladne mrvce i dobro promijesajte, ostavite ga 30 min u frizideru.

Razavijte krpu sa biskvitom i nanesite fil preko citavog biskvita.

Banane ogulite , odstranite im krajeve i poslozite jednu do druge na vrhu biskvita.

Biskvit lagano urolajte i ukrasite slag kremom, mljevenim orasima i rastopljenim eurokremom.

Umutiti slatku pavlaku, u drugoj posudi kašikom sjediniti sir i šećer u prahu, zatim sve spojiti i mutiti mikserom, želatin rastopiti po uputstvu sa kesice i dodati u fil, muteći mikserom da se sve lepo sjedini, sipati preko korice. Voće, šećer i vodu staviti na šporet da provri, kuvati 5 minuta, skloniti za ringle, i onda dodati želatin u vrelu masu da se rastopi. Ostaviti da se prohladi, pa sipati preko fila.
