LAZANJE RECEPT

Za mljeveno meso bolonjez
1/2 kg miješanog mljevenog mesa (svinjetina i govedina, ili puretina i svinjetina)
2 glavice luka
3 žlice maslinovo ulje
list lovora
2 grančice bosiljka
2 češnja češnjaka
1 žličica crvene paprike
sol i papar po ukusu
200 ml pirea od rajčice
malo vode za podlijevanje
Zagrijati ulje na srednje jakoj vatri pa dodati na kockice narezani luk. Kad se luk zastakli, dodati sitno nasjeckani češnjak. Dodati mljeveno meso pa pirjati sve dok meso ne postane smeđe.

Posoliti, popariti, dodati crvenu papriku, bosiljak i lovor. Sve dobro izmiješati pa dodati rajčicu, smanjiti vatru na najslabiju, poklopiti i kuhati na tihoj vatri otprilike sat vremena. Povremeno promiješati i ako je potrebno dodati malo vode.

50 g maslaca
55 g brašna
1 l mlijeka
60 g parmezana
sol
muškatni oraščić
Rastopiti maslac u loncu na slaboj vatri. Kad se maslac rastopi, maknuti lonac s vatre i po malo dodavati brašno. Stalno miješati maslac kad se dodaje brašno kako se ne bi napravile grudice.
Kad se doda svo brašno, malo po malo dodavati mlijeko, i opet svo vrijeme miješati da se ne naprave grudice.
Vratiti lonac na slabu vatru i miješati drvenom kuhačom sve dok ne zavije i smjesa ne postane gušća. Kad se dovoljno ugusti, ugasiti vatru i dodati malo soli, parmezana i malo sveže naribanog muškatnog oraščića.

Zagrijati vodu do vrenja pa dodati žlicu soli i maslinovog ulja. Pripremiti dodatnu zdjelu s hladnom vodom. Kuhati tijesto za lazanje prema uputstvu proizvođača, ali paziti da tijesto bude "al dente", odnosno da se ne prekuha.
Izvaditi tijesto iz vode i kratko iz uroniti u hladnu vodu kako bi se prekinuo proces kuhanja. Kuhano tijesto poslagati na čistu kuhinjsku krpu kako bi se ocijedio višak tekućine. Pećnicu zagrijati na 175 C

Pleh namastiti maslacem, pa dno premazati tankim slojem bešamela i pokriti tijestom, premazati trećinom bolonjez umaka, preko toga potkriti trećinom bešamela. Postupak ponoviti još dva puta, a na završni sloj bešamela pokriti parmezanom.
Peći 20-30 minuta. Lasagne su gotove kad se sir zapeče i postane blago smeđe boje.
Izvaditi iz pećnice, ostaviti desetak minuta da se ohladi pa poslužiti.

Potrebno vam je: Kora: 300 g mlevenog keksa 125 g maslaca 2 kašike šećera u prahu Fil: 450 g krem sira 500 ml slatke pavlake 250 g šećera u prahu 1 kesica želatina Za preliv: 400 g miks šumskog voća 100 ml vode 4 kašike kristal šećera 1 želatin Priprema: Maslac iseći na kockice, dodati plazmu i šećer u prahu, pa rukom sjediniti i formirati koricu u okruglom kalupu za torte. Umutiti slatku pavlaku, u drugoj posudi kašikom sjediniti sir i šećer u prahu, zatim sve spojiti i mutiti mikserom, želatin rastopiti po uputstvu sa kesice i dodati u fil, muteći mikserom da se sve lepo sjedini, sipati preko korice. Voće, šećer i vodu staviti na šporet da provri, kuvati 5 minuta, skloniti za ringle, i onda dodati želatin u vrelu masu da se rastopi. Ostaviti da se prohladi, pa sipati preko fila.
