MARS TORTA


Sastojci
Biskvit (sastojci su za jednu koru, a peku se četiri)
3 bjelanjka
45gr šećera
10gr vanilin šećera
25gr brašna
50gr krupnije mljevenih oraha
1/2 kafene kašike praška za pecivo
Čokoladni preliv
200gr tamne čokolade
100gr maslaca
Fil
12 žumanjaka
100gr šećera
100gr gustina
600ml mlijeka
200gr maslaca
100gr šećera u prahu
150gr neskvika (ili bilo kojeg drugog čokoladnog praha za napitke)

Priprema
1.
Fil (prvi dio)

Žumanca, šećer i gustin razmutiti sa 50ml mlijeka. Ostatak mlijeka zagrijati do ključanja, umiješati smjesu sa žumanjcima i kuhati (uz stalno miješanje) na tihoj vatri dok se ne zgusne. Skuhan fil prekriti providnom folijom i ostaviti da se hladi.

Kore

Tri bjelanjka mutiti i postepeno dodavati šećere. Kada šaum bude čvrst, dodati brašno, prašak za pecivo i orahe te polako, špatulom sjediniti. Tijesto peći u kalupu promjera 26cm u prethodno zagrijanoj rerni na 175 stepeni oko 12 minuta. Peći četiri ovakve kore. (Kalup obložiti papirom za pečenje)

3.
Čokoladni preliv

Na pari otopiti čokoladu i maslac. Podijeliti na četiri dijela i premazati ohladjene kore. Pustiti da se čokolada stegne.


4.
Fil (drugi dio)

Pjenasto izmutiti maslac sa 100gr šećera u prahu. Tome dodati skuhan i ohladjen fil (obe smjese bi trebalo da budu iste temperature, da se ne grudva i razdvaja  pri miksanju). U tu smjesu dodati neskvik i jos jednom izmiksati da se fil ujednači.

5.
Fil podijeliti na četiri dijela i filovati: kora (sa stegnutim čoko prelivom)-fil, kora-fil.... Tortu preko noći ostaviti da se hladi pa ju ukrasiti po želji (posuti orasima, preliti čoko glazurom...) Ja sam za ukrašavanje torte koristila ganache od 250gr tamne čokočade i 250ml vrhnja za šlag.
