200g bijele cokolade
200g cokolade sa ljesnjacima
500ml slatke pavlake
 

Priprema
1.
Umutiti bjelanke u cvrst snijeg uz postepeno dodavanje secera,pa kasikom umijesati ostale sastojke.Pleh obloziti papirom za pecenje izliti smjesu i peci pola sata na 180 stepeni.Koru prerezati popreceno na dva jednaka dijela .Kompletan postupak ponovti jos jednom kako bi se dobile ukupno cetri kore.

Za fil u odgovarajucu serpu nasuti 1l mlijeka i staviti na vatru dap rokljuca.Mikserom dobro umutiti 20 zumanjaka ,10 kasika secera,prasak za puding iz sve tri kesice i 3 kasike gustina,pa sipati smjesu u kljucalo mlijeko.

Uz neprekidno mijesanje skuhati nagusto i ostaviti da se ohladi .U potpuno hladnu smjesu dodati margarin i mikserom mijesati sve dok se ne dobije fina glatka krema.Kremu podijeliti na dva dijela,pa u jedan dio dodati bijelu cokoladu koja je otopljena na pari ,a u drugi dio cokoladu sa ljesnjacima.

Slagati tortu kora ,zuti fil,kora ,tamni fil.Slatku pavlaku umutiti u cvrst slag pa premazati cijelu tortu i dekorisati po zelji.
