Preliveni kolač-Topljenik

Sastojci
Tamna smjesa
5 jaja
100 g šećera
50 g oštrog brašna
50 g pšeničnog griza
100 g grubo ribane čokolade
200 g mljevenih oraha
Svijetla smjesa
5 jaja
100 g šećera
50 g oštrog brašna
50 g pšeničnog griza
1 vanil šećer
Preljev ili sirup
500 g šećera
650 ml. vode
2 žlice limunova soka
1 limun narezan na šnite
Još treba
malo ribane čokolade
malo sjeckanih oraha

Priprema
1.
Za tamnu smjesu mikserom pjenasto umutite cijela jaja pa dodajte šećer i miksajte da se šećer razgradi, tada dodajte brašno i griz i sve dobro izmiješajte

2.
Sada u tu smjesu kuhačom umiješajte čokoladu i orahe i sve dobro sjedinite

 U namazan i oštrim brašnom posut pleh veličine 36*22 cm. sipajte smjesu, poravnajte  te je stavite peći u zagrijanu pećnicu na 180-200 stupnjeva i pecite oko 10 minuta.

Dok se tamna smjesa peče priredite svijetlu smjesu,...mikserom pjenasto umutite cijela jaja pa dodajte šećer i vanil šećer te miksajte da se šećer razgradi, tada dodajte brašno i griz i sve dobro sjedinite

5.
Evo taman prošlo deset minuta, izvadite tamnu smjesu te na nju sipajte svijetlu smjesu,...poravnajte te ponovo stavite na pečenje ovaj puta na oko 25 do 30 minuta, pecite na istoj temperaturi

6.
Dok se kolač peče pripremite preljev,.... u lonac sipajte vodu dodajte šećer, stavite na vatru,  kada zakipi dodajte na šnite narezan limun i kuhajte 5 do 10 minuta, na kraju dodajte sok limuna

7.
Kada je kolač pečen, još vrućeg lagano ravnomjerno prelijte sa vrućim preljevom, odozgo posipajte sa ribanom čokoladom i sjeckanim orasima.
