Recept za finu piletinu s rižom koja vam nikada neće dosaditi

Sastojci za 2 osobe:
2 komada pilećih prsa
200 grama obične bijele riže
½ litre pilećeg temeljca
2 žlice smeđeg šećera
2 žlice limunova soka
2 čajne žličice crvene paprike
2 čajne žličice sušenog timijana
1 čajna žličica sušenog peršina
1 čajna žličica češnjaka u prahu
malo maslinova ulja
svježi peršin za posipanje
sol i papar po želji

Priprema:
1. Pomiješajte sušeni timijan, peršin, crvenu papriku, češnjak u prahu, sol i papar. Tom začinskom mješavinom dobro premažite pileća prsa koja ste prethodno istukli batom za mesom.

2. U dubljoj tavi te na malo maslinova ulja prepržite pileća prsa sa svake strane dok ne dobiju lijepu tamnosmeđu boju. Za to će vam biti potrebno otprilike 3 do 5 minuta sa svake strane.

3. Izvadite piletinu iz tave, a na preostaloj masnoći kratko prepržite zrna riže.

4. Rižu podlijte temeljcem, limunovim sokom i preostalom začinskom mješavinom. Sve dobro promiješajte pa u tavu vratite i pečenu piletinu.

5. Poklopite tavu i pustite da se sve zajedno kuha oko 20 minuta na umjerenoj temperaturi, odnosno dok riža ne popije svu tekućinu.

6. Poslužite sa svježim peršinom te uz sezonsku salatu po želji. Dobar tek!

Potrebno vam je: Kora: 300 g mlevenog keksa 125 g maslaca 2 kašike šećera u prahu Fil: 450 g krem sira 500 ml slatke pavlake 250 g šećera u prahu 1 kesica želatina Za preliv: 400 g miks šumskog voća 100 ml vode 4 kašike kristal šećera 1 želatin Priprema: Maslac iseći na kockice, dodati plazmu i šećer u prahu, pa rukom sjediniti i formirati koricu u okruglom kalupu za torte. Umutiti slatku pavlaku, u drugoj posudi kašikom sjediniti sir i šećer u prahu, zatim sve spojiti i mutiti mikserom, želatin rastopiti po uputstvu sa kesice i dodati u fil, muteći mikserom da se sve lepo sjedini, sipati preko korice. Voće, šećer i vodu staviti na šporet da provri, kuvati 5 minuta, skloniti za ringle, i onda dodati želatin u vrelu masu da se rastopi. Ostaviti da se prohladi, pa sipati preko fila.
