Recept za savršeni zapečeni krumpir sa sirom kojem je teško naći manu

Želite li idealno zapečeni krumpir iz pećnice sa sirom i vrhnjem, narežite gomoljaste plodove na vrlo tanke kriške te ih pecite duže nego što mislite da biste trebali...

Ovaj recept za zapečeni krumpir iziskuje dužu termičku obradu, ali jamči savršeno slasne rezultate.

Sastojci za zapečeni krumpir:
1 kg krumpira s visokim postotkom škroba
400 ml vrhnja za kuhanje
400 grama topivog sira po želji
200 ml pilećeg temeljca
5 deblje kriške slanine
2-3 češnja češnjaka
3 žlice maslaca
3 žlice brašna
sol i papar po želji
svježi vlasac po želji


Priprema:
1. Zagrijte pećnicu na 200 Celzijevih stupnjeva.

2. Nasjeckajte slaninu na sitne komade pa ih prepržite na tavi na umjerenoj temperaturi.

3. Izvadite slaninu iz tave, dodajte maslac pa na dobivenoj masnoći propirjajte nasjeckani češnjak u trajanju od oko jedne minute.

4. Ubacite brašno, dobro sve promiješajte i kuhajte još jednu minutu.

5. Postepeno umiješajte pileći temeljac i vrhnje te sve zajedno kuhajte još oko pet minuta, odnosno dok umak ne zgusne. Posolite i popaprite po želji.

6. Ogulite krumpire i narežite ih na tanke kriške. Ako imate, poslužite se mandolinom za rezanje povrća.

7. U vatrostalnu posudu stavite tanak sloj umaka, na njega posložite krumpire, naribani sir i preprženu slaninu. Ponavljajte postupak dok ne potrošite sve sastojke.

8. Stavite u prethodno zagrijanu pećnicu i pecite 75 minuta, dok krumpir ne postane vrlo mekan.

9. Poslužite sa sjeckanim vlascem i sezonskom salatom po želji. Dobar tek!
