1,5 časa rastopljenog putera
1/2 čase ulja
1,5 časa mleka
150gr nišeste(gustin)
1kg brasna
2 praska za pecivo
800gr mlevenog lesnika
200gr putera
+/-400gr nišeste
Agda:
2kg secera
1l vode
1 limun

Priprema
1.
U posudi od miksera sjedinite jaja,rastopljeni puter i ulje.U mleko rastvorite Pp,pa dodajte prednodnoj smesi.Dodati gustin,i pola brasna.

Ukljucite mikser da mesi(ili mesite rucno).Sada ce te dodavati brasna da vam testo nije niti mnogo tvrdo,a niti meko.

2.
Sada gotovo testo podeliti na 4 dela.

Uzeti 1 deo i podeliti na 15 malih loptica.

Ostala 3 dela drzite u frizideru.

3.
Svaku malu lopticu sukati uz pomoc Niseste tanko,negde do velicine vece od velikog tanjira.

Po sredini posuti lesnika.

Sada uz pomoc oklagije pocinjete rolati koru.

Sa oba kraja rukama namrckati koru ,tako da je duga oko 7sm.Izvaditi oklagiju malo pritvoriti krajeve i redjati u pleh.Tako sa ostalim 14.

5.
Izvaditi sledece testo i ponavljati postupak.Od ove smese izdje 60 komada.

Naredjane u pleh premazati rastopljenim puterom pa peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 150 stepeni da dobro porumene.


7.
Za agdu staviti secer i vodu da lepo provre.Kada dobro prokljuca,dodati sok od limuna.Ugasiti plotnu,a agda i dalje neka ostane na plotni dok prestane da vri.

8.
Vrelu Baklavu preliti vrelom Agdom
Dobro ohladiti pre posluzenje.
