BOUNTY KOLAČ


Sastojci 
Podloga:
300 g mljevenog keksa (plazma)
200 g čokolade
100 ml mleka
Za fil:
500 ml mleka
80 g griza
100 g šećera
200 g kokosa
Za glazuru:
100 g čokolade
3 kašike ulja

Ponekad mi se baš i ne prave neki komplikovani kolači :) Ovaj je i brz i jednostavan i dobar. :) Ovde ide čokoladna glazura, ali imala sam viška čokolade pa sam dodatno gore još stavila, po onome od viška glava ne boli :) Čokoladu sam otopila, stavila u dresing kesu, ostavila da se malo stegne, šarala po kolaču ukoso, sa jedne strane, pa sa druge strane dok sam imala čokolade. :) Ovde ću da dodam da je meni trebalo više mleka u smesu od keksa i čokolade. Sa 100 ml, meni se podloga dosta mrvila, a vi pripazite na to ako se odlučite da ga radite. U zdelu sitno izrendati čokoladu, dodati keks, (kod mene je mljevena plazma) sve promešati dodati mleko. Promešati (e tu je sad onaj deo što sam gore napisala za mleko). U tepsiju staviti papir za pečenje, ali da viri iznad tepsije, kad je kolač gotov uhvatite za papir i izvadite kolač. Staviti smesu keksa i čokolade i poravnati. Fil: u šerpu staviti mleko, dodati griz, šećer, staviti na vatru i u stalno mešanje kuvati dok se fil ne zgusne, pazite da vam ne zagori. Kad se fil skuvao, dodajte kokos (kod mene je sitniji) i sve izmešajte. Staviti na keks, poravnati i ostaviti da se ohladi. Čokoladu otopiti sa uljem i preliti preko kolača. Kad se sve ohladi rezati kolač, na željenu veličinu i oblik.
