Piletina sa šampinjonima


Sastojci 
Potrebno je:
500 g belog mesa
500 g šampinjona
1 veća glavica crnog luka
2 česne belog luka
1 veća šargarepa
1 kašika začina
po želji biber
2 kašike kisele pavlake
1 kašika gustina
Za prilog:
200 g pirinča
1 kašičica kurkume
1 kašičica začina
Priprema

Iseckati crni luk zajedno sa belim lukom i šargarepom (na kockice). Propržiti.

U drugoj posudi pripremiti belo meso. Odvojiti ga od kostiju i iseći na manje šnicle.

Svaku šniclu valjati u brašno pa poređati po izdinstanom luku.

Poredjati meso jedno pored drugog, a ako ima još mesa poredjati i odozgo.

Naliti meso sa čašom vode 2 dl i dinstati na tihoj vatri 30 minuta. Povremeno šerpu protresti.

10 minuta pred kraj dodati očišćene šampinjone isečene samo na pola.

Posle desetak minuta dodati prvo razmućen gustin u malo vode, a odmah zatim i dve kašike pavlake. Prokrčkati jedan minut i skloniti sa vatre i začiniti.

Skuvati i pirinač kao prilog i aranžirati (može i pire krompir).

Savet:
Umesto belog mesa može da se koristi i bilo koje drugo meso postupak je isti. Meso na ovaj način pripremljeno je veoma mekano i sočno.
