Recept za brzu čokoladnu tortu od sastojaka koje sigurno imate u kuhinji

Sastojci za biskvit

2 žlice kakaa

2 čaše tekućeg jogurta (onaj od 180 g)

2 žličice sode

2 čaše šećera

2 čaše oštrog brašna (može i glatko brašno, isto ispadne dobar biskvit)

Po želji dodatno za biskvit nakon pečenja

sok 1 naranče

Čokoladni preljev

500 ml slatkog vrhnja za šlag

250 g čokolade za kuhanje

po želji: korica 1 naranče

Priprema

pećnicu zagrijte na 200°C.

sve sastojke za biskvit izmiksajte ili izmiješajte pjenjačom u jednoj posudi.

smjesu izlijte u kalup za torte promjera 24 cm te stavite peći oko 20-25 minuta, zavisno od pećnice. Najbolje da provjerite čačkalicom ili nožićem, ako izlaze suhi, gotovo je.

pečenu toplu tortu, ako želite, možete preliti sokom jedne naranče za dodatan okus

preljev pripremite tako da slatko vrhnje za šlag zagrijete do vrenja, maknete ga s vatre pa u njega umiješate čokoladu i ako želite, koricu naranče

miješajte dok ne dobijete glatku kremu pa prelijte preko još tople torte koju ste ostavili u kalupu jer će biti tekuće

tortu prvo ohladite na sobnoj temperaturi pa je kasnije premjestite u hladnjak za brže hlađenje

tek kasnije, kada se krema stegnula, maknite stranice kalupa.

Voće, šećer i vodu staviti na šporet da provri, kuvati 5 minuta, skloniti za ringle, i onda dodati želatin u vrelu masu da se rastopi. Ostaviti da se prohladi, pa sipati preko fila.
