Ručak na brzinu: Piletina sa povrćem u testu

Potrebno je:

- 3 kašike putera

- 1 luk sitno iseckan

- 3 šargarepe, iseckane na polukrugove

- 1 kašika senfa

- 1/4 šolje brašna

- 1 šolja pilećeg bujona

- 1 šolja mleka, plus jedna kašičica za prelivanje

- 3 šolje iseckane i skuvane piletine

- 1 šolja zaleđenog graška

- 1 kašičica suvog peršuna ili majčine dušice

- 1 kašika soli

- 1/2 kašičice crnog bibera

- 200 g otopljenog lisnatog testa

- 1 jaje

- 2 kašike prženog susama

Priprema:

1. Zagrejte rernu na 200 stepeni celzijusa. U velikoj šerpi otopite puter na srednjoj temperaturi. Dodajte luk i šargarepu. Kuvajte uz povremeno mešanje, dok ne omekša nakon 5-7 minuta. Nakon toga dodajte senf, a zatim brašno, i mešajte neprestano 1 minut. Lagano umutite bujon i jednu šolju mleka dok ne proključa.

Smanjite temperaturu da se krčka lagano dok se ne zgusne nakon nekih 5 minuta. Dodajte piletinu, grašak, peršun, so i biber. Prebacite sve u dublju posudu.

2. Na površinu posutu brašnom stavite lisnato testo koje može pokriti celu posudu. Raširite ga lagano preko smese i čvrsto ga pritisnite uz vrhove posude. Pomoću malog kuhinjskog noža prorežite na tri mesta testo kako bi odlazila para.

3. U manjoj činiji umutite jaja i preostalu kašiku mleka. Premažite testo umućenim jajima. Pospite susamom ukoliko želite. Postavite posudu na pleh i pecite sve dok testo ne porumeni, nakon 40-45 minuta. Pustite da se dovoljno ohladi pre serviranja.

Potrebno vam je: Kora: 300 g mlevenog keksa 125 g maslaca 2 kašike šećera u prahu Fil: 450 g krem sira 500 ml slatke pavlake 250 g šećera u prahu 1 kesica želatina Za preliv: 400 g miks šumskog voća 100 ml vode 4 kašike kristal šećera 1 želatin Priprema: Maslac iseći na kockice, dodati plazmu i šećer u prahu, pa rukom sjediniti i formirati koricu u okruglom kalupu za torte. Umutiti slatku pavlaku, u drugoj posudi kašikom sjediniti sir i šećer u prahu, zatim sve spojiti i mutiti mikserom, želatin rastopiti po uputstvu sa kesice i dodati u fil, muteći mikserom da se sve lepo sjedini, sipati preko korice. Voće, šećer i vodu staviti na šporet da provri, kuvati 5 minuta, skloniti za ringle, i onda dodati želatin u vrelu masu da se rastopi. Ostaviti da se prohladi, pa sipati preko fila.
